TRX TEAM Blocks Basic is a small group training FREE to Plus Members. It is a strength training, body weight class that focuses on developing balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a portable band that uses gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. TRX Personal Training Packages are also available.
