Hello El Paso! Summer might almost be over, but keeping our “summer” physique year round isn’t hard if we stick to this custom workout plan! Her Gym (El Paso) wants to kick off our new El Paso fitness blog with a weekly workout plan to keep you in great shape up until next summer!

This custom fitness plan will work wonders for beginners or even seasoned gym rats alike. Here’s Her Gym’s custom summer fitness plan that you can follow:

 

Monday –Body Combat Monday’s can be a drag, but with Les Mills Body Combat we are sure to face the new week like a champ! This unique workout combines mixed martial arts moves to have you release stress and while having a blast. All while burning up to 740 calories!

 

Tuesday- CXWorx Every beach babe wants to show off abs right? This class hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. A must for anyone wanting to keep that tight tummy!

 

Wednesday- Insanity Live Hump day is everyone’s favorite day to leave it all at the gym, right? Well, get prepared for an insane full body workout! Based on max interval training, this workout can burn up to 1000 calories in 45 minutes. Don’t worry, you’ll be in and out in no time!

 

Thursday- RPM This is not your typical cycling class. This one-of-a-kind class will give you a true rush while you control the intensity. You’ll be able to find your rhythm in the music and take a journey like no other! A great cardio workout to stay lean and burn calories!

 

Friday- ZUMBA This class is going to get you ready for a night out in El Paso! This class is so fun that it will feel less like a “workout” but more like a fun party while still burning calories! Dance to Latin beats that will be sure to get you going for the weekend!

 

Saturday: CARDIO ACTIVITY Saturday is a great day to pick an activity that you enjoy. Come to Her Gym and take advantage of our weight room, workout machines and studio with the activity of your choice. Or even head to El Paso’s beautiful mountains and go for a hike!

 

Sunday: REST After a tough week of workouts you need to give your body a day to rest. After all, you deserve it! Come into Her Gym and take full advantage of our Hydro Massage Bed or Massage Chair! Or just stay in home all day and binge your favorite Netflix show!
